Cancellation Policy

Your appointment and well-being are very important to us.  We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making scheduled adjustments necessary.  If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request at least 72 hours notice.

Cancellations / Reschedules

Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 72 hours will result in a cancellation fee.  The amount of this fee will be equal to 100% of the reserved appointment fee.

If you are more than 5 minutes late or a “No-Show,” will be charged the full visit fee.  

This helps us keep time open for patients who need care.

We require a credit card to reserve your appointment.  Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file.

After two missed appointments, we will ask for prepayment on all future bookings.

Prepaid fees apply to your visit or are kept by us if you miss your appointment.

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time but it may not be possible based on our appointment schedule.
