Based in the heart of Orillia Ontario, Anti-Aging Clinic & Dispensary was founded by Blade and Ben Tiessen. Celebrating 25 years in the community, it has maintained its position as a premier Med Spa, delivering the best aesthetic solutions to its clients. Renowned for its international expertise in anti-aging treatments, coupled with state-of-the-art technology, this clinic stands as an example of excellence and authority in its field.
Founded in December 2000, Anti-Aging Clinic & Dispensary Inc. became the first advanced non-surgical medical aesthetics clinic in Orillia. At a time when these treatments were available only in major urban centres, Blade returned home with a bold vision: to bring world-class, energy-based and regenerative technologies to his own community.
What began as an 800 square foot clinic with a single device has grown into a 3,500 square foot medical aesthetics facility housing more than 40 advanced technologies — many valued at close to $100,000 each. Yet despite this growth, the clinic remains independently owned, community-rooted, and values-driven.
Over 26 years serving Orillia, the clinic has helped shape the local aesthetic landscape, inspiring the development of multiple other clinics while remaining the longest-standing and most awarded practice in the region.

Blade’s journey began in 1984 with a local apprenticeship. After building experience in Toronto throughout the 1990s, he returned home not because it was easy — but because it mattered.

When I opened this clinic in December of 2000, I did so because I believed our community deserved access to the same level of care available in major cities.
More than 40 years into my career, aesthetics remains my sole profession and my lifelong passion. I have never stepped outside this field. I have had the privilege of teaching internationally, collaborating in device development, and mentoring physicians and professionals across North America.
But my proudest accomplishment is building a heritage clinic here at home — one grounded in ethics, science, privacy, and compassion.
My goal has never been to chase trends.
It has always been to elevate standards.
